I would like to thank you for your recommendation on going with the Samsung 6345 multi-functional copiers.
I have to say that, after your suggestion that we review our requirements for 11 x 17 output in print and copying, it did not make sense to have the entire fleet of copiers in our building have this expensive feature. To have only one unit handle this size of paper allowed our company to benefit financially by installing the Samsungs.
The Samsungs are fully featured and provide our staff with the productivity of the larger units, and at 45 pages per minute the speed is where we need it.
Over the past few years we have come to rely on Gold Business Machines Ltd. for solutions that are reliaable, meet our requirements and if possible, help out on the budget side. The Samsungs fit all three categories.

I would like you to know that Karl's effort in setting up these printers is greatly appreciated and I am very pleased on how things turned out this time around. Vendors and purchasing Managers can have good relationships or have quite challenging and adversarial ones. As a purchasing Manager, I want to know about new opportunities but a the same time I do not want the feeling that my vendor is always trying to sell me something.
Gold Business Machines, my rep, Terry Bernardo and I have had a long relationship. Gold (and Terry) has been able to walk the fine line between keeping me informed without being intrusive, and looking after my companies needs to my satisfaction. We started doing business with Gold because of the Kyocera Laser Printers, model 3800 and 5016 specifically. We have found the printers to be very fast and cost effective, replacing most of our requirements for HP LaserJet printers. Besides the favourable acquisition cost of these units, we have found their operating cost to be one of the best in the market. We are saving 48% on our ongoing service and toner costs with the Kyocera product from Gold.
